About the Job

Siemens Mobility India is inviting applications for the position of Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial Law at its Navi Mumbai (Kalwa) location.

The role involves acting as a strategic legal partner to the business, providing commercially focused legal advice and supporting complex projects and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to management on strategic, commercial, and regulatory matters
• Support complex commercial projects and innovative business models
• Manage litigation, dispute resolution, and investigations
• Ensure governance and mitigate risks arising from regulatory or geopolitical developments
• Partner with business teams to drive growth while safeguarding legal and compliance interests

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials (Indian legal background required)
• 10–12 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Experience in a leading law firm and/or in-house legal team
• Strong expertise in commercial and business-critical legal areas
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Business acumen and customer-focused approach
• Interest in leveraging technology and AI for legal processes
