Vaish Associates Advocates is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Corporate Restructuring and Private Client Practice at the New Delhi office.

The role involves handling corporate restructuring assignments, succession planning, and general corporate advisory work.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of relevant Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Experience in corporate restructuring assignments
• Exposure to schemes of arrangement and amalgamation before NCLT
• Knowledge of stamp duty advisory and succession planning
• Strong drafting skills and legal acumen
• Ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently
