Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
- Bar Council enrolment with a valid Certificate of Practice
- 6 months to 2 years of litigation experience (motivated freshers may also apply)
- Familiarity with courts in Mumbai and surrounding jurisdictions
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English (Marathi is a plus)
- Working knowledge of MS Office, PDF tools, and e-filing systems
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and develop strong litigation fundamentals
- Committed to long-term litigation practice
Responsibilities
- Attend court hearings and assist with appearances
- Prepare briefs, lists of dates, and case documentation
- Conduct legal research for ongoing matters
- Assist in drafting applications, affidavits, and pleadings (under supervision)
- Handle court filings and procedural requirements
- Support the team in case preparation and litigation-related work
