About the Job

Applications are invited for the position of Non-Litigation Lawyer in the Media & Entertainment industry.

This role is suited for candidates with experience in commercial and corporate contract work, particularly in content-driven or technology-oriented businesses.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university
• 1–3 years of experience in non-litigation / corporate / commercial contracts
• Prior exposure to media, entertainment, technology, or content licensing agreements (preferred)
• Strong drafting and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
• Handling contracts related to:
  • Content licensing
  • Production agreements
  • Distribution arrangements
  • Strategic partnerships
• Providing legal support on regulatory and compliance matters
• Coordinating with internal teams for documentation and risk assessment
