Junior Advocate
Responsibilities:
- Handle diverse cases, including civil, criminal, RERA, consumer, arbitration, and recovery management.
- Conduct legal research and draft documents in English and Marathi.
- Assist senior lawyers and represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Manage and update case documentation.
Key Qualifications:
- Law degree with 5 years of litigation experience.
- Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
Senior Advocate
Responsibilities:
- Handle criminal and civil cases, draft and negotiate legal documents.
- Conduct title searches and property due diligence.
- Provide legal advice to management and coordinate with legal consultants.
- Manage land acquisitions, statutory compliance, and registrations.
- Draft legal notices and ensure accurate legal documentation.
Key Skills:
