Junior Advocate

Responsibilities:

• Handle diverse cases, including civil, criminal, RERA, consumer, arbitration, and recovery management.
• Conduct legal research and draft documents in English and Marathi.
• Assist senior lawyers and represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Manage and update case documentation.

Key Qualifications:

• Law degree with 5 years of litigation experience.
• Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
• Strong research and drafting skills.

Senior Advocate

Responsibilities:

• Handle criminal and civil cases, draft and negotiate legal documents.
• Conduct title searches and property due diligence.
• Provide legal advice to management and coordinate with legal consultants.
• Manage land acquisitions, statutory compliance, and registrations.
• Draft legal notices and ensure accurate legal documentation.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in MOFA, RERA, land acquisition, and related laws.
• Proficiency in English and Marathi.
