LLB

Experience

4 – 6 years ( preferably from big 4)

Necessary Skills

• Attention to detail in order to identify the correct risk
• Ability to handle the role independently
• Must have strong communication skills and express oneself clearly both by speaking and writing.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong knowledge of industry protocols and practices.
• A strong mix of legal, technical and business acumen.
• Good command of English and Marathi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct Project approvals compliance review of all the projects and present the reports. 
• Capability of identifying non – compliance/ deviations related to a construction site.
• Conduct an RERA audit and identify filing-related gaps.
• Ensure the high submission rate of compliance in software-based tools from the zonal team.
• Knowledge of operating and working on compliance tools
• Knowledge of environment, RERA and regulatory laws applicable to Real Estate Companies.
• Upgradation of compliance framework in line with organization growth & restructuring
• Strong drafting and PPT skills.
• RERA liaison and visibility on RERA matters
