Roles and responsibilites
- Appearing before all NCR Courts. (Delhi and Gurgaon in particular)
- Performing legal research on various topics as per the requirement.
- Drafting legal documents( Petitions/Complaints/Suits/Applications ).
- Appearing before various courts/tribunals.
- Conducting legal research on various cases etc.
- Willingness to learn new statutes and taking up new challenges.
Eligibility
- LLB Degree (Required )
- Enrollment With State Bar Council (Required)
- 1 Year Litigation Experience Required Excluding Internship period.
- Extremely Fluent/Proficient in Spoken and Written English ( Required )
- Willingness to learn and perform
Remuneration
120000-250000/-
Candidates residing in Gurgaon/ South Delhi shall be preferred.
