Position Title: Trainee Associate (Litigation)

Roles and responsibilites

Appearing before all NCR Courts. (Delhi and Gurgaon in particular)
Performing legal research on various topics as per the requirement.
Drafting legal documents( Petitions/Complaints/Suits/Applications ).
Appearing before various courts/tribunals.
Conducting legal research on various cases etc.
Willingness to learn new statutes and taking up new challenges.

Eligibility

LLB Degree (Required )
Enrollment With State Bar Council (Required)
1 Year Litigation Experience Required Excluding Internship period.
Extremely Fluent/Proficient in Spoken and Written English ( Required )
Willingness to learn and perform

Remuneration

120000-250000/-
Candidates residing in Gurgaon/ South Delhi shall be preferred.
