About The Job
The Chambers is hiring two Associates for the following practice areas:
- Corporate and Commercial Litigation
- Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws
- Economic Offences
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLAT and NCLT.
- LL.B. from a recognised institution.
- Valid Certificate of Practice/enrolment from a Bar Council.
- Sound understanding of corporate and commercial laws, including Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws.
- Confident in-depth legal research using SCC Online, Manupatra and similar resources.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi.
- Ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines.
- Solution-oriented approach, punctuality and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and preparing notes on assigned matters.
- Analysing complex legal and factual issues.
- Assisting in proceedings.
- Working closely with the team on case handling.
