- Litigation Associates – 2 positions.
- Associate – Briefing Counsel – 1 position.
The firm is seeking candidates with strong legal research and drafting abilities. Freshers who meet the criteria and have excellent internship experience may also apply.
About the Internship
Talekar and Associates is also inviting applications for 3 long-term Intern positions. The internship opportunity is intended for law students seeking practical exposure and experience in legal research and problem-solving.
Eligibility
For the Job:

- Law graduate with an LL.B. or B.A. LL.B.
- Candidates holding an LL.M. will be given preference.
- Freshers who meet the criteria and have excellent internship experience may apply.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Functional proficiency in Marathi, including reading and understanding regional court records, lower court orders, and vernacular documents.
For the Internship:
- Law students preferably in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year law course.
- Final-year students of a 3-year law course.
Responsibilities
For Litigation Associates:
- Draft pleadings, petitions, and applications.
- Conduct legal research and statutory interpretation.
For Associate – Briefing Counsel:
- Prepare concise case notes.
- Identify core legal issues.
- Collate multi-volume case records.
- Support legal issues with extensive research.
- Prepare briefing notes.
For Interns:
- Conduct legal research.
- Apply practical problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness.
- Take proactive initiative and execute assigned work.

Remuneration
