About The Job
The position is for a Senior Associate on a full-time retainership basis, with a focus on corporate, banking and finance, capital markets, real estate, and transaction advisory matters.
Eligibility
- BBA/BA.LLB (5-year course).
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience, excluding internship duration.
- Experience in a law firm will be preferred.
- Candidates with past law firm experience in non-litigation general corporate, banking and finance, real estate and transaction teams will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting various transactional agreements.
- Drafting legal opinions.
- Handling transactions.
- Conducting research on various areas of law.
- Client handling and meetings.
- Negotiation.
- Team building and knowledge sharing.
- Tracking legal updates and preparing the same for the firm.
Compensation/Retainership Fee
The compensation/retainership fee will be discussed based on the candidate’s relevant experience and knowledge.
