Corporate Manager- Employment Laws (Legal): 1

Roles and responsibilities

To liaise with internal HR teams , Regional Legal/ HR teams and Advocates and give opinion on matters related to Employment laws, assist in conducting Disciplinary proceedings, attend to queries relating to POSH act, provide legal advice and ensure compliance with labour laws applicable to the bank etc.
