About the Internship
Purplle is hiring a Legal & Compliance Intern for its Mumbai office. The internship provides exposure to compliance, legal documentation, license management, and contract lifecycle management processes.

Eligibility
Law students currently in 2nd to 4th year of a 5-year law course or equivalent are eligible to apply.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Legal research and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including trackers, data management, and reporting
- Familiarity with license management and compliance trackers
- Ability to manage and monitor licenses and agreements
- Exposure to compliance tools and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Duration
- 3 months
- Extension may be provided based on performance
