About the Internship
The office is seeking dedicated and motivated law students for an internship involving court-related work, legal drafting, and the preparation of pleadings and other legal documents. Interns will gain practical exposure to matters before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and the Delhi High Court.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate professional discipline, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to the required internship duration.
Eligibility
- Students pursuing a three-year LL.B. or a five-year integrated law course may apply.
- Preference will be given to students in the third year of a five-year law course or the final year of a three-year LL.B. course, subject to suitability.
- Candidates must be available for the required internship duration of 3–4 months.
- Good legal research, drafting, and communication skills will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist with matters before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and the Delhi High Court.
- Draft and prepare replies, counter-affidavits, applications, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and identify relevant statutory provisions and judicial precedents.
- Assist in preparing case briefs, notes, and supporting documents.
- Organise case files and assist with other litigation-related work as assigned.
