About Adv Aranya Moulick
I am an Advocate practising before various Courts in Delhi. I have my office situated in both New Delhi & Kolkata. I am regularly appearing before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, Consumer Fora etc. My scope of work covers Arbitration ( International & Domestic) , Consumer, Civil, Criminal, Labor, Family, Telecom Disputes, Company Law and IPR Matters.
I deal in drafting and executing commercial and non-commercial agreements for Media, Sports and Entertainment houses for asset evaluation and due diligence, reviewing and negotiating high volume of contracts and other related documents, including but not limited to master agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, material transfer agreements, transmission agreements, consulting agreements, procurement, and confidentiality agreements.
