About the Internship
NRI Simplify is hiring a Legal Intern to work closely with its legal team on matters involving property documentation, due diligence, conveyancing, title verification, FEMA and NRI transactions.
The internship will provide practical exposure to the property transaction process, including legal research, drafting, documentation, coordination and closure.
Eligibility
- Interest in real estate and transactional law.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
- Willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of real estate and property transactions is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with property documentation.
- Assist with due diligence and title verification.
- Work on conveyancing-related matters.
- Assist with matters concerning FEMA and NRI transactions.
- Undertake legal research and drafting.
- Assist with documentation, coordination and closure of property transactions.
