About the Internship

M.V. Kini & Co., a reputed solicitor firm, is inviting applications for internships at the Fort, Mumbai head-office.

This is a unique opportunity for law students to work exclusively with the High Court team and gain first-hand exposure to high-stakes litigation before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court. The firm regularly represents the Government of India, Government of Maharashtra undertakings, PSUs, Banks and leading MNCs.

Eligibility

• Law students in 2nd year & above (5-year program) OR 1st year & above (3-year program)
• Strong research & drafting skills
• Keen interest in litigation and corporate laws

Responsibilities

Interns will not only sharpen their legal research and drafting skills but also get a rare chance to:

• Assist in live High Court matters
• Observe courtroom strategy
• Contribute to hearing preparations
• In-depth legal research & case law analysis
• Drafting petitions, written submissions, memos & case summaries
• Assisting the High Court team in case preparation, filings & hearings
• Practical insight into courtroom practice & advocacy strategy
