Eligibility
3rd year onwards in 5 year course and final year student in 3 year course
Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive research on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) case law, licensing regulations, and emerging legal trends.
- Drafting & Documentation: Prepare initial drafts for legal notices, commercial agreements, and various statutory legal documents.
- IP Portfolio Management: Assist in the end-to-end filing process for Trademarks, Copyrights, and other Intellectual Property assets.
- Advisory Support: Provide backend support for client advisory services, including due diligence and compliance mapping.
