About the Internship
The Legal Team at Livspace is inviting applications for a Long-Term Legal Internship at its Bangalore office. This opportunity is designed for law students seeking in-house legal exposure within a fast-paced, consumer-tech environment.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- 4th or 5th year student of a B.A. LL.B. (5-year) programme
- Ability to commit for a minimum duration of 6 months
- Strong interest in corporate and commercial law
Skills & Requirements
Candidates should demonstrate:
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Sound understanding of contract and commercial laws
- Attention to detail and professional ownership
- Ability to work in a dynamic in-house legal environment
Responsibilities
The selected intern will be involved in:
- Assisting with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Supporting cross-functional legal requirements across business teams
- Conducting legal research and contributing to advisory work
