About the Internship

Legal Parth Associates is inviting applications for the position of Legal Trainee under a structured evaluation programme. Candidates successfully completing the assessment phase may be offered a Permanent Legal Associate role with performance-based incentives.

The firm primarily works in:

• Borrower Advisory
• Loan Settlement Assistance
• Banking Advisory
• Anti-Loan Harassment Matters
• SARFAESI Proceedings
• Loan Arbitration Matters

This is a strictly offline and client-facing role requiring professionalism, communication skills, and commitment towards legal practice.

Eligibility

• Law Graduates (Batch of 2025 preferred)
• Final Year LL.B. Students (5-year / 3-year course)
• Candidates interested in Banking Laws, RBI Regulations & SARFAESI Act
• Individuals comfortable with direct client consultation and counselling
• Candidates having strong communication and structured legal drafting skills
• Prior experience in banking / financial advisory matters will be preferred
• Immediate joiners may be preferred

Responsibilities

• Client counselling and preliminary case evaluation
• Assisting borrowers in loan settlement and restructuring matters
• Drafting legal notices, replies and regulatory representations
• Assisting in loan-related arbitration matters
• Supporting SARFAESI-related documentation and compliance review
• Preparing complaints before RBI / Banking Ombudsman
• Legal research on RBI circulars and banking compliance frameworks

Traineeship Period

45 Days

On successful completion and performance evaluation, candidates may be offered a Permanent Legal Associate position with incentives and growth opportunities.
