About the Internship
A company is hiring a Legal Intern for its Finance/Legal team in Navi Mumbai. The role offers hands-on exposure to contract lifecycle management, digital execution of agreements, and cross-functional coordination.
Eligibility
- Law graduates (LL.B./B.Com. LL.B. or equivalent) preferred
- Basic knowledge of contract law, legal drafting, and corporate legal processes
- Familiarity with CLM tools is desirable
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and learning mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist in contract lifecycle management (CLM), including uploading, tracking, and execution of agreements
- Maintain and update agreement trackers for compliance and follow-ups
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for the legal team
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for execution of agreements such as NDAs and SLAs
- Support the legal team in documentation and administrative tasks
