About the Internship
ideaForge is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Intern to join its Legal Team. The internship offers practical exposure to contract lifecycle management, digital execution of agreements, legal research, and coordination with various business functions.
Eligibility
- Law graduates (LL.B., B.Com. LL.B., or equivalent) are preferred.
- Prior exposure to or familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and their functionality is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of contract law, legal drafting, and corporate legal processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in contract lifecycle management (CLM) activities, including uploading, tracking, and digital execution of agreements.
- Maintain and update agreement trackers to ensure compliance and timely follow-ups.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, notes, and supporting material for the legal team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for the execution and closure of agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support the Legal Team with documentation and administrative tasks as required.
