The firm regularly appears before the Rajasthan High Court, Commercial Courts, NCLT, DRT, CAT, Labour Courts, RERA Tribunal, District Courts and other judicial forums, with a strong focus on commercial litigation, arbitration, labour and service matters, MSME disputes, banking, and corporate advisory.

About the Internship
This internship is designed for students who wish to develop strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills while working on live matters under direct guidance. Interns will be involved in meaningful assignments and will gain first-hand exposure to litigation strategy and commercial dispute resolution.
Eligibility
- Law students in the 4th year or above (Five-Year Course) or equivalent senior years in the Three-Year LL.B. programme.
- Preference will be given to candidates having strong legal research and drafting skills.
Work Profile
The selected interns will be involved in:
- Legal research
- Drafting of pleadings, opinions and applications
- Case law analysis
- Assistance in arbitration, commercial, labour and MSME matters
- Court-related and litigation support work
- Exposure to commercial transactions and advisory assignments
