The main tasks of the internship are as follows:

As required by the law firm, I conducted research and find relevant case laws on a number of issues, including trademark infringement, trademark classes, meditation, and many more. Even though we did not have the opportunity to interact with Adv. H. K. Chaturvedi, the managing partner of the firm, we were mentored by his daughter, Adv. Megha Chaturvedi, an associate partner in the H. K. Law Offices, held frequent interactive sessions to address our queries and provide us with work to be carried out by the deadline. She uses examples to clearly describe the problem for the research process. All of the co-interns were kind, encouraging, and supportive people.

Work Environment

The work environment was highly interactive and engaging and friendly.

Good Things

The best part of this internship was that In spite of having this internship virtually, all the interns got the opportunity to learn and know about the law.

Bad Things

There were no such bad things in this internship

Stipend (if any)

No stipend was involved but you get to learn many things.

A completion certificate was provided by them.
