Internship Experience at BSK Legal by Siddhi Parmar

I am Siddhi Parmar, a 3^rd year BALLB student at Manikchand Pahade law college, Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

How did you apply

I sent him a mail on his email id attaching my Curriculum vitae (CV) and cover letter and asked him about the internship vacancy in the mail itself.

Work profile/ main tasks

There was a zoom meeting held every day by Sanjay K. Chadha sir. In the first meeting took a brief interview with every intern and gave some WhatsApp group making work to some interns. Then in every meeting, sir was discussing some cases related to property rights, civil cases, criminal cases etc. and if anyone has any doubt regarding the facts or anything from the case, one could ask easily.  Sir also asked interns to prepare some law-related debatable topics to have a or two debates during the meeting among the interns.

Then sir asked to take photos of beggars and sent those to a separate WhatsApp group made for the particular task, under the begging free India task. And at the last of the internship, sir asked interns to write an article on law-related topics (it was an optional task).

Work Environment

The work environment at the time of the internship was good because any intern can reach sir in the group or personally also on WhatsApp. All the interns were added to the same group so there was a friendly environment among them.

Good Things

Good thing was that there was a knowledgeable meeting every day for an hour and the present was just because one or two interns were on the task to notice interns’ everyday presence.

Bad Things

There was a bad thing as the such, the internship was knowledgeable.

No stipend was given as it was a learning internship.
