Conclusion

During my internship, I learned to maintain the lawyer’s dairy. It was a learning experience. I have learned the basics of drafting. I have also observed my advocate’s other colleagues and observed their work as well which helped me in learning how to read a FIR, how to prepare a report, getting it stamped and arranging the papers in proper order. Observing other fellow mates helped me gain additional information and added to my knowledge. I have understood the various civil law and family law researching part, it helps with hearing preparation and filing of application.  It helped me to understand the practical aspect of civil laws and the interest of clients. Every client comes with a new case, new situation which does not have any perfect answer. I also experienced the expression and thoughts of the hon’ble judges.
