About the Internship

Legalics Law Offices is inviting applications for a 3-month Assessment Internship in its General Corporate and Real Estate practice.

This internship is designed to evaluate candidates for potential full-time roles and offers hands-on exposure to real legal work.

Eligibility

• Final-year LL.B. students (graduating between June–August)
• Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
• Familiarity with company law, contract law, and real estate laws
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and assist in negotiating commercial contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements, consultancy agreements, etc.)
• Assist in corporate advisory, compliance, and governance matters
• Support business transactions and documentation
• Conduct legal research on corporate and real estate issues
• Work on title search reports (TSRs) and property documentation
• Assist in due diligence for transactions
