About the Internship
Applications are invited for the position of Assessment Intern with the Corporate Team.
This is a structured 4-month internship designed to evaluate candidates for a potential full-time role based on performance.
Eligibility
- Law graduates
- 5th-year (10th semester) students of a 5-year law program
- Final-year (6th semester) students of a 3-year LL.B. program
- Strong interest in Corporate & Commercial Laws
- Preference for Kashmiri students
Responsibilities
- Assist in corporate advisory and compliance work
- Draft agreements, notices, and legal opinions
- Conduct legal research and due diligence
- Support the team on transactional and corporate matters
