Eligibility: Advocates enrolled in 2024 or 2025
Strong research and drafting skills
Proficiency in written and verbal communication
Prior experience in litigation is desirable
Responsibilities
Interns:
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries
- Assist in drafting and maintaining case files/documents
- Coordinate with clients and collect relevant information
Associates:
- Assist in drafting legal pleadings, notices, and agreements
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
- Support in court proceedings and client coordination
Mode
Hybrid (Delhi-based candidates preferred)
Duration
Internship: 1 month (extendable based on performance)
Associate: Permanent/Long-term as per performance
Work Timing
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Stipend
Internship: Unpaid, with Certificate of Internship upon successful completion
Associates: Stipend/salary as per chamber norms
Practical exposure to litigation, research, and client handling
