Eligibility
Experience for Advocate: 0-3 years enrolled as an Advocate with the bar council (proficient in English and vocal skills)
Internship those who are pursuing LLB / BA LLB 3 years and 5 years course can apply.
Candidates staying in western suburbs shall be preferred.
Responsibilities
Area of practice:
- Consumer Courts
- City Civil Courts
- Criminal matters
- MM Courts (138 matters)
- Co-op Court
- Dy. Registrar (Co-operative societies)
- Legal drafting
- Liasoning with various government department work.
Salary
Salary for advocate: As per industry standards.
Location
Candidate shall be required to visit different courts and work out of an office located at Borivali West near the station.
