Athena Legal is hiring a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer for its corporate practice. The role involves working on transactions, commercial agreements, and advisory matters for a diverse client base.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in general corporate advisory and commercial agreements
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Exposure to IP and media contracts is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
- Advising on corporate and commercial matters
- Working on transactions and client advisory
- Supporting diverse client engagements
