About the Job
SP Legal is looking for Associates based in Kochi who are interested in building a long-term career in Tax litigation, involving legal research, drafting of pleadings and submissions, and court/tribunal appearances. Their practice is focused predominantly on Income tax and GST litigation, with regular appearances before the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala, Tribunals, and other quasi-judicial authorities.
Eligibility
Associate (Full-time):
- Experience: 0–2 years PQE
- Eligibility: LL.B., enrolled with the Bar Council
- Compensation: Starting from Rs. 10,000 per month (commensurate with relevant experience and performance)
Intern:
- Eligibility: LL.B.
- Stipend: Rs. 5,000 per month
