About the Job
OSRIK Group is looking for a dynamic professional with 2–3 years of experience in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters to join their team. If you have hands-on experience in the corporate insolvency resolution process and related compliances, they would love to connect with you.
Eligibility
- CA / CS / CMA / LLB / MBA (Finance) or relevant professional qualification
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in IBC assignments
- Good drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assisting in CIRP / Liquidation assignments
- Preparation and review of EOI, IM, RFRP, and Resolution Plans
- Handling CoC meetings, documentation, and filings with NCLT
- Coordination with stakeholders, legal professionals, and resolution applicants
- Maintaining records and ensuring regulatory compliance under IBC
