About the Job
Shubham Housing Development Finance Co. Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Area Legal Manager in a non-litigation/business legal role. The role involves handling legal aspects related to housing finance and property matters.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or Law Graduate
- 4–7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in non-litigation legal work
- Prior experience with HFC, NBFC, or Bank
- Experience in preparation of legal reports
- Exposure to Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Strong knowledge of land and property-related legal work
- Experience in legal documentation and reporting
- Understanding of financial and lending processes
- Good communication and analytical skills
Location
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Candidates with experience handling both Ahmedabad & Mumbai business areas will be preferred
Salary
As per industry standards + bonus
