HNLU Team Finishes Runner-Up at South Asia Rounds of 21st FDI International Arbitration Moot 2026

A team from Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU) secured the Runner-Up position at the South Asia Regional Rounds of the 21st Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot, 2026.

The competition was organised by Lloyd Law College, Noida, from July 30 to August 2, 2026. The HNLU team comprised Tamishra Chakraborty, Kruthika Senthil Kumar and Malvika Chandra, all fourth-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) students, along with Palak Anand, a third-year student.

The team also qualified among the top 10 teams for the Final Oral Rounds, which are scheduled to be held in Shenzhen, China.

HNLU students also received individual advocacy awards at the regional rounds. Kruthika Senthil Kumar was adjudged Best Speaker (Claimant) and Best Speaker for the Final Round. Tamishra Chakraborty received the Best Speaker (Honourable Mention) for Claimant recognition.
