About the Job
CriticaLog India Private Limited is hiring for the post of Finance & Legal Executive.
This role is focused on agreement operations and compliance reviews at the intersection of finance and legal.
Eligibility
- Graduate in BBA LL.B / BBA (Legal Studies) or equivalent
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong fundamentals can apply)
- Good understanding of contract law and compliance frameworks
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and accountability
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial agreements and contracts
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for contract execution and closures
- Maintaining documentation and tracking regulatory requirements
- Supporting audits and compliance-related activities
