Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university, approved by the Bar Council of India.
- Must be a practising advocate at the Patna High Court.
Rate of Fees
The payment to empanelled Advocates will be made as per the rates approved by the Executive Committee of the BSPP, as detailed below:
