About the Job
Trace Law Partners is hiring an Associate with prior experience in TMT, particularly in the areas of data protection, commercial contracts, and technology laws. The selected candidate will work remotely and is expected to take ownership of assigned work, think independently, and develop practical legal solutions.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Prior experience in Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT).
- Experience in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), commercial contracts, the Information Technology Act, intermediary liability, and related technology laws.
