Eligibility
Candidates must fulfil the following eligibility requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- Must possess a Degree in Law from a recognised university established by law in India and recognised by the Bar Council of India.
Professional Experience:
Candidates must fulfil either of the following requirements:
Explore the latest legal opportunities for law students and lawyers.
- Must be a practising advocate in courts of civil and criminal jurisdiction, having been in actual and continuous practice for at least seven years; or
- Must be an in-service candidate with a combined continuous experience of seven years or more as an advocate and in judicial service.
The required experience must be completed as on the last date for receipt of applications.
Domicile and Nationality:
- Must be a domicile as defined under the Jammu and Kashmir Grant of Domicile Certificate (Procedure) Rules, 2020, or a resident of the Union Territory of Ladakh as defined under Clause 4 of the Union Territory of Ladakh Resident Certificate Order, 2021, as applicable.
- Must be a citizen of India as on the last date of filing the application.
Language Requirement:
Must be proficient in reading and writing Urdu.
Remuneration
₹40,000 per month.
