Eligibility

Educational Qualification

  • LLB (3 years) with graduation in any course Or 5-year Integrated Law Course (LLB)
  • The LLB and integrated law course should be full-time with minimum of 60% marks. 
  • Maximum Age limit: 28 years

Experience

Minimum 1 Year post qualification experience in conveyancing, drafting of financing and security documents, guarantees and contracts, Land/Corporate due diligence, company laws, Transfer of property act, contracts, RDB Act, SARFAESI Act, insolvency and bankruptcy code. 

Candidates having experience in documentation involved in sole lending/consortium funding of large project in power/infrastructure sector and recovery/resolution cases in such fundings shall be given preference
