About the Job

• Vacancy for the post of an ‘Associate’
• Office: Uni Lega Chambers
• Job description: Corporate & Commercial Litigation, Due Diligence and General Corporate practice.

Eligibility

• PQE : minimum 2-4 years (must have some prior work experience and individual appearances before Court(s))
• The applicant must be well versed with procedural laws.
• The applicant must be well versed with and must have requisite research skills and should be capable of and must have a fair share of experience in drafting of legal documents (Lit & Non-Lit).
• The applicant must be capable of appearing in Court(s) independently.
• Inviting applications from law graduates (2-4 years PQE only), enrolled with the Bar Council and willing to learn and take up challenging work before various Courts and Tribunals, in addition to the General Corporate and Due Diligence practice of the firm to enhance and sharpen their professional skills & career.
