About the Opportunity
Minara Legal is looking to collaborate with a Corporate Attorney on a mandate / project basis. This is not a traditional full-time role but an opportunity to work on specific deals and mandates, particularly in the media and entertainment space.
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong experience in corporate and transactional work, including:
- Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA)
- Investment Agreements
- Debenture / Security Documents
- MoA / AoA
- Interest in building exposure to media & entertainment transactions
- Comfortable working in a lean, high-responsibility setup
Work Structure
- Mandate-based / deal-linked work
- Revenue-linked compensation
