Eligibility

• Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India / Ph.D. (in Commerce) / LL.B / Post Graduate in Commerce or Economics.
• Post Qualification Experience of more than 1 year
• Age Limit: 40 Years

Duration

The tenure for the position will initially be for a period of one year, thereafter engagement is extendable up to maximum of two years, based on the performance and the requirement
