About The Centre for Research in Environmental Law (CREL)

The Centre for Research in Environmental Law (CREL), a research centre established in 2019 at Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The Centre strives to promote outstanding research in Environmental Law. In lieu of this, CREL through its various initiatives, programs and platforms provides an opportunity for all the legal and social science fraternity and environment enthusiasts to share their experiences and opinions on contemporary issues of Environmental concern.

About the Call for Papers

Centre for Research in Environmental Law encourages original and thought-provoking contributions that explore the evolving landscape of climate change litigation and its role in shaping a sustainable and climate-safe future. Authors may discuss various dimensions, including but not limited to recent case law, policy analysis, international frameworks, and innovative legal strategies for combating climate change.

Submission Guidelines

  • Articles should be between 2,000 to 3,000 words.
  • Submissions must be original, unpublished work.
  • The last date for submissions is 15th October 2024.
