About the Centre for Banking and Insurance Laws (CBIL)

The Centre for Banking and Insurance Laws (‘CBIL’) at National Law University Odisha (‘NLUO’) is dedicated to advancing research, knowledge, and capacity building in Banking, Insurance, Insolvency, and Fintech Laws. Backed by NLUO’s academic support, the Centre blends rigorous scholarship with practical exposure. CBIL endeavours to nurture a culture of critical analysis, focusing on deepening understanding of policies, regulatory mechanisms, and other legal domains at the state, national, and international levels.

About the Blog

There are no strict academic restrictions, provided the submission reflects quality research and analytical depth

Deadline

Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.

Submission Guidelines

  • All submissions are to be made via Google Form. Submissions made via any other means would not be considered a valid submission.
  • Word limit: Articles can be anywhere between 1500 to 2000 words. In case a relaxation in word count is required, please write to us so that we can consider your request.
  • Manuscripts that have already been submitted or published elsewhere shall not be submitted. Manuscripts need to be the original work of the author. Similarity must not exceed 20%.
