About the Job

S.S. Rana & Co. is hiring a Business Operation Head to support and expand its IP Practice across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Pune. This is a leadership role for professionals with strong operational capabilities and experience in intellectual property matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B (3-year or 5-year) / LL.M
• 4–5 years of experience (PQE) with IP background
• Working knowledge of IP laws (Patents, Trademarks, Copyright, Designs)
• Basic understanding of IP enforcement and litigation
• Exposure to domestic IP work (international exposure is a plus)
• Strong operational, coordination, and client servicing skills
• Growth mindset and willingness to contribute to expansion

• Support business development and assist in building an IP client base
• Manage day-to-day operations and team coordination
