About the Job
Aneja & Aneja is hiring an Associate Advocate (Litigation) for its South Delhi office. The role involves handling litigation matters end-to-end, including case preparation, court appearances, and client advisory.
Eligibility
- 5–10 years of experience in litigation
- Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and advocacy
Responsibilities
- Manage cases from filing to trial, ensuring timelines are met
- Conduct legal research on case law and statutes
- Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and case progress
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and briefs
- Handle evidence gathering, witness interviews, and discovery
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediation, and arbitration
- Negotiate settlements where appropriate
