Eligibility
- Law graduates (LL.B)

- Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
- Companies Act, 2013
- Banking Laws
Responsibilities
- Drafting and filing petitions, interlocutory applications, legal opinions, and legal notices
- Appearing before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies in matters related to:
- Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)
Liquidation Process
- Personal Guarantor and bankruptcy matters
- Handling routine legal work related to the above areas
