- SARFAESI Act Matters
- Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) Proceedings
- Labour Law Matters
- Negotiable Instruments (NI) Act Cases
Responsibilities
- Draft legal notices, pleadings, and legal opinions.
- Represent clients before courts and tribunals.
- Handle litigation and recovery-related matters.
- Coordinate with clients and provide case updates.
- Assist in legal strategy and case management.
- Manage matters independently and ensure timely compliance with procedural requirements.
