About theJob

Singhania & Partners LLP is hiring an Associate (Litigation) to support its Bengaluru litigation practice. The role involves active participation in litigation matters across courts and tribunals.

Eligibility

Qualification:

• LL.B. from a recognized university
• Enrolment with a State Bar Council

Experience:

• 3–6 years of active litigation experience
• Prior experience in civil and commercial litigation (exposure to criminal litigation will be considered relevant)

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters before District Courts, High Courts, and tribunals in Bengaluru
• Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, notices, replies, and written submissions
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and opinions
• Assist in case strategy and support senior counsels during hearings
• Appear in court for routine hearings and procedural matters
• Coordinate with clients, counsels, court clerks, and registry offices
• Track case progress, manage filings, and ensure compliance with timelines
• Maintain accurate records of case files
