About the Job

Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate for its Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Litigation Practice in Mumbai. The role involves handling intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution matters as part of a collaborative team working across the firm’s offices.

Eligibility

LL.B. degree from a three-year or five-year law programme.
At least two years of experience in IP litigation at a law firm.
Experience handling trademark infringement, passing off, and copyright infringement cases.
Strong legal research, drafting, and court appearance skills.
Above-average academic credentials.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Enrolment with the Bar Council of India.

Responsibilities

Handle IP litigation and dispute resolution matters as part of a collaborative team across offices.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings.
Prosecute cases and brief counsel.
Appear before courts and tribunals.
Draft legal notices.
Handle ancillary tasks associated with IP litigation.
Travel across India as required.
