Prasenjeet Mohapatra Law Chambers is seeking legal professionals with 0–2 years PQE to join as Associates.

This is a Delhi-based litigation role requiring regular court appearances. The position is suited for lawyers seeking long-term professional growth in litigation. The role demands a high level of commitment, discipline, meticulous drafting, and the ability to work under strict deadlines. This opportunity is not intended for candidates seeking a short-term or stop-gap role.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Law degree from a recognized university with a consistently strong academic record
• Strong command over the English language, including the ability to draft complex legal arguments, prepare case briefs, communicate effectively, and appear in court when required
• Good understanding of constitutional, administrative, and procedural laws
• Proficiency in computers and legal drafting tools, including MS Office and PDF editing software (such as Adobe PDF)
• Strong legal research skills, including proficiency in legal research platforms such as SCC Online and Indian Kanoon
• Prior experience of independent case management before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and other forums in Delhi, including drafting SLPs, Writ Petitions, Written Submissions, Rejoinders, and Counter Affidavits, is preferable
